The state of Malikeye will be forced to abolish it's extremist laws.
Gay marriage and Gay rights are still legal but other laws including "Public Sexual Acts' and the "Cosplay Law" are abolished as they are too lude for children.
South State has promised that as long as Catherine does not push the gay rights, he will not act.

1. Must now only make approved laws. By North State and South State.
2. Malikeye may no longer be 'in your face' type of homosexual.
3. P.D.A. is now illegal through out the country, gay or straight.
4. Catherine will be protected legally, unless voted exile by citizens.
5. After the gain of 11 non political citizens, politicians will no longer be able to vote.
